Why We're Different:
The Teldar Group is a different kind of executive search firm. Most
firms will recruit any position that a client will pay a fee for. These
firms have little or no experience in the supply chain field. In
addition, most search firms don’t “earn” their fee. They typically
email employers any resume that even remotely fits their client’s
requirements on the hope that they will make a placement. They rarely
check references or verify employment & educational information. At
the Teldar Group, we only accept supply chain related projects. By
maintaining a narrow focus, it enables our consultants to develop a
deep expertise in the supply chain field.
If we recommend you interview a candidate, it won’t be a waste of your
time. As our client, you can count on us to do our homework before we
present a candidate to you.

Our Founder
| Jeff Flannery – Managing Partner: |

Mr. Flannery has
many years of executive search and supply chain consulting experience.
Prior to starting the Teldar Group, Jeff worked for FreeMarkets, the
creator of e-sourcing. While at FreeMarkets, Jeff managed H.J. Heinz,
one of FreeMarkets largest accounts and became an expert in e-sourcing.
Before FreeMarkets, Jeff spent several years with
PricewaterhouseCoopers where he managed numerous consulting engagements
that focused on supply chain strategy and process improvement. He has
managed consulting projects for several Fortune 500 clients on three
continents, including: Raytheon, IBM, Union Bank of California, H.J.
Heinz, ConAgra, Eaton, Nestle, & Lucent Technologies.
Mr. Flannery holds a Bachelor of Arts in Finance from the
University of Northern Iowa and a Masters of Business Administration in
Strategy from Indiana University.

Mr. Scanlon has
several years of executive search and sales experience. He has worked
with some of the Teldar Group’s largest accounts including Masonite,
Chevron, & Dial Corporation. Prior to joining the Teldar Group in
2004, Matt worked for Robinson Brick and Office Depot in various sales
roles.
If you ever bet Matt on the golf course, make sure to get several strokes because he is a scratch golfer.
