Understand Your Organization
Before we can identify any candidates for a position, it is crucial
that we understand our client’s organization. Some examples of the type
of information we need include: company culture, values, products &
services, competitors, etc.
Define Position Specifications & Requirements
Through a detailed interview session with the hiring manager and all
other key stakeholders, we will develop a draft position description
that will include educational & experience requirements, job
responsibilities, salary range, and all other pertinent information.
Conduct Research & Screen Candidates
We identify candidates two ways. First we apply our client’s job
criteria to our robust database of existing candidates. In addition, we
conduct extensive research to identify and recruit candidates that
match your criteria. After developing a list of qualified candidates,
we will screen these candidates to create a short list of candidates
that our client will interview. As part of the screening process, we
will conduct preliminary reference checks, verify employment &
education experience, and conduct a fit interview to determine the
candidate’s fit with the client’s organization.
Interview Candidates
At this stage, the client will interview the “short list” of candidates that we have recommended.
Offer Negotiation & Acceptance
During this critical stage, the Teldar Group will act as the
intermediary in the negotiation process. Our goal is to ensure that all
offers extended by the client will be accepted by the candidate. In
addition, we work diligently with our candidates to help them resign
from their current position and mitigate the risk of any potential
counter-offers.
