At The Teldar Group, we follow a rigorous and disciplined 5 step process to assist our clients in attracting and hiring the best possible candidates. We incorporate this market proven process to ensure the highest levels of quality and service for our clients.

Understand Your Organization

Before we can identify any candidates for a position, it is crucial that we understand our client’s organization. Some examples of the type of information we need include: company culture, values, products & services, competitors, etc.

Define Position Specifications & Requirements

Through a detailed interview session with the hiring manager and all other key stakeholders, we will develop a draft position description that will include educational & experience requirements, job responsibilities, salary range, and all other pertinent information.

Conduct Research & Screen Candidates

We identify candidates two ways. First we apply our client’s job criteria to our robust database of existing candidates. In addition, we conduct extensive research to identify and recruit candidates that match your criteria. After developing a list of qualified candidates, we will screen these candidates to create a short list of candidates that our client will interview. As part of the screening process, we will conduct preliminary reference checks, verify employment & education experience, and conduct a fit interview to determine the candidate’s fit with the client’s organization.

Interview Candidates

At this stage, the client will interview the “short list” of candidates that we have recommended.

Offer Negotiation & Acceptance

During this critical stage, the Teldar Group will act as the intermediary in the negotiation process. Our goal is to ensure that all offers extended by the client will be accepted by the candidate. In addition, we work diligently with our candidates to help them resign from their current position and mitigate the risk of any potential counter-offers.
